Still more sickness...

If you are a customer, please bear with me as I get back on track. Everyone here has had the stomach flu (except for my husband, who so far has remained healthy). It is just now cycling through the last of us (namely me), so things are slowly coming back to normal as far as knitting goes. I'm about 1.5-2 weeks behind on the timeline I set forth for myself, so for that, I apologize. I'll be bumping everybody's shipping (included in the prices we've discussed, if we've discussed them already) to priority.

Thanks for understanding, and hooray for spring...may it bring less germs and better health to our household and yours!

Sick, sick, sick...

Everyone's been sick; me, my middle son, my youngest...ear infections, bad colds, stomach stuff, you name it. Apparently we can't all be well at the same time; right as Logan (the babe) is recovering from an ear infection, I've got stomach stuff back again. I will be so glad when Spring gets here...

In other news, my husband's grandmother had a stroke on Saturday morning. The prognosis is shakey, at best, so any prayers, positive thoughts, or healing vibes you could send our way would be greatly appreciated!

Three Boy Mama is still active on The Whole SHEBang congo; you can see our wares at the link below. Most recently, I did a birthday party at the home of our children's minister at church; her daughter turned 12, and I took a bunch of beads & things there, and let the girls all make a bracelet. I also made wire charms in the shapes of music notes & a treble clef (for the birthday girl) for them to use on their bracelets. They had fun, and so did I! I love kids, even giggly 12 year old ones! (Oh, and in case you wondered, I am fully aware that the treble clef was turned around backwards in the pic. Annoying, but true.)

And all the woolies, good gracious! Katrina's pair finally done (Liz single-ply purewool), a pair for Leidy (Nurturing Threads Iced Giraffes), and two pairs for Lamar (WWbN Secret Garden, and Lamar's own Known colorway for her coming babe, Andrew). And shorties for Jenny in Selah's Little Wolf, and nb/small longies for Janine in WWbN Silver & Black Rainbow. Whee!! What fun I've had knitting such beautiful colorways! And lots more to come; I've got a lot on my plate, but I'm chugging away! I also just got done making samples (cell charms, keychains, a few pairs of earrings) for The Spotted Box in March. I'm also going to include some keychain woolies, as well! Oh, and the pic below of the little chocolate cherry shorties? Those are a small, and can be found in my store at The Whole SHEBang. :o)

Another one bites the dust...

Another custom, that is! Jenny's Frankenstein longies are done! I decided to make her a little keychain pair to match, too (crocheted-if I tried to knit that small I'd poke my eye out, LOL!). I'm also working on a trade with Lamar; she's sending me yarn in trade for knitting. Can't wait to start Anne Carson's britches, and britches for the newest little one that's coming!

Pretty Little Britches!!

I just love how these turned out!! Alison's Siamese Cat longies (dyed by Itty Bitty Kntties) for her little girlie! I'm knitting up a headband to match tonight, and then these will go out to her!

Oh, and remember the sweet little Colibri II newborn longies? I recently got to see an action pic of the tiny newborn I made them for, and it was adorable! Such a sweet baby boy...his mama and I will work out more trades, I'm sure! :)

Oh, and one more thing...

I'm going to be part of an upcoming Congo on Hyenacart! We are called "The Whole SHEbang", and I will primarily be doing jewelry (with a knitted here, yonder & there). We have a wide range of items that will be available, and have some awesome collaborations planned!

We're gearing up for a grand opening on November 19th; I will post a link as soon as we have one!
